Responsibilities & Achievements:Supplier Inclusion and Supply Chain Sustainability Initiatives: Notable achievements include the integration of sustainability inquiries into supplier evaluations, the establishment of baseline metrics for supplier inclusion, the creation of opportunity heat maps, and the enablement of supplier inclusion tier 1 and tier 2 data tracking within procurement systems. Additionally, all Global Responsible Sourcing team members have achieved Supplier Diversity Blackbelt accreditation, underscoring our commitment to supplier inclusion excellence.Supplier Relationship Management: Introduction of an automated supplier classification process using the Kraljic Matrix segmentation methodology has increased efficiency in managing supplier relationships based on a self-developed supplier engagement model. The creation of a searchable prioritized supplier database has increased engagement with suppliers that add the most value to our operations.Third-Party Risk Management Enhancements: The launch of financial risk review processes and the execution of a third-party risk assessment solution have culminated in the on-demand capability of all global procurement team members to quickly assess and mitigate risks within our supply base.
