   Responsibilities:Successfully developed embedded and XCOM extensions in provider application.Successfully developed Emptoris contract management and credentialing interfaces with FacetsDesigned & developed the provider network display Embedded Extension in Facets. Provider Network display extension replicated provider contract screen in Facets which allows users to view info demographic screens. Designed & developed the Provider Channeling Menu based Extension in Facets. Provider Channeling extension is an integrated geo access menu based extension solution which allows users to searches PCPs by member addressDesigned & developed multiple custom interfaces to migrate the provider data from Facets to Cactus. Created history load processes to move provider addresses, services, registration information to cactus. Created processes to load daily updates from Facets to Cactus.Provider channeling extension is a very complicated extension and it simulates entire auto PCP assignment process which is used by various call center teamsExecuted several performance improvement exercises in provider channeling extension, visual cactus and Emptoris projects.Explored and did Proof of Concept in interacting Geo Access from Facets extension and established the geo suit successfully in provider extensions. Created custom triggers to Facets tables to identify changes and migrate the updates to down stream systems.Helped operational users and various teams to train on how to use extensions from business process side.Designed & developed automated solution to convert Facets provider contracts from Facets to Emptoris (contract management system) by generating custom excel and gather pdf files per Emptoris requirement. Created the Reusability application for generating the Address, Contracts, Individuals and organizations for all the markets.
