Anita Zalewski is the managing director at PSE Co, an executive recruitment, personnel search and consulting firm with a national reach. Based in Philadelphia, she focuses on developing the company’s client base as well as branching into new industries. She serves clients in the pharmaceutical, defense, energy and services industries in their executive, operations and technical personnel hiring and consulting needs. PSE’s clients include small to mid-sized to large enterprises; publicly traded, privately held as well as venture capital backed companies. Anita has led PSE for a decade and has developed an expertise for assisting clients with particularly difficult and complex hiring needs. Prior to PSE, she was a Strategy Consultant with Accenture in New York where she advised entrepreneurs and senior management of life sciences companies on strategic issues. Anita’s career began in medical economics at Cigna where she developed an appreciation for the complexity of deciphering and analyzing medical costs. Anita received her B.S. from Emory University and her Masters from Yale University. She resides in the Philadelphia region and ventures often into the suburbs and mountains for the Great Outdoors.
