Oversee and serve as the first point of contact for the Southern California region, which includes over 40 sites. Partner with all levels of management and employees to handle HR needs such as employee relations, investigations, consulting, and training. Process all system transactions, including ADA compliance, case management, and upkeep of employee profiles within our Human Resources Management System. Conduct site visits to ensure store compliance and safety, to help maintain a culture of continuous improvement and leadership development.
