A self support group run by people with a diagnosis of Bipolar Disorder. Open to fellow « sufferers », friends, family, carers, NHS staff and people who think they might have the disorder.It’s a really friendly group where people are encouraged to talk but it’s not a requirement. We do arts and crafts, have guest speakers and talk about benefits and medication along with NHS courses that are available to us.It’s a free group and we just offer tea and coffee for a £1 donation
