ABOUT ANITA WDOWICZ
Educated professional with experience in project development and management in Academia and Pharmaceuticals. I am motivated, focused, results-driven and communicative. I have excellent management skills ensuring smooth project delivery according to pre-set timelines, I have the ability to communicate effectively with healthcare professionals and build valuable, trustworthy business connections and collaborations. I am bilingual and can speak English and Polish fluently. I completed an Hons Bachelor\'s Degree in Genetics at University College Dublin (UCD), data I generated as part of my research project were composed to a high quality publication (PLOS Genetics). I was awarded a PhD in Neuroscience in the area of Neuroimmunology at UCD, where I studied the role of chemokines in physiological formation of memories. Data I generated from both, Genetics Degree and PhD studies was published in peer-reviewed journals (Cevik et al, 2013; Sheridan et al, 2014). I worked as a post-doctoral fellow in multi-disciplinary projects in a Bionanotechnology research group where I carried out novel cancer cell separation assays using Iron Oxide Nanoparticles and tested drug-responses in a 3D fluid-flow gradient devices. I was in charge of multiple aspects of project delivery including management, data analysis, statistical analysis, data review, data presentation outline of future steps etc. In parallel to performing research related tasks, I performed administrative duties, maintenaned international collaboration as well as carried out a reviewer role for Scientific Reports journal. My excellence in communication is supported with awards, I received 1st prize for a presentation of doctoral work at a PRTLI cycle 5 meeting in Cork and was a finalist in Conway Festival of Research and Innovation moderated poster presentation. I was an invited Careers Panel guest speaker at Neuroscience Ireland Symposium hosted at Conway Institute, UCD. In addition, I am keen to continuously grow and develop new skills which is reflected in the number of courses I undertook. I currently manage a series of projects at Novartis as a Senior Client Services Manager (SnrCSM), at Oncology in Medical Communications at Novartis Global Service Centre (NGBS), Dublin. Working in Product Lifecycle Services (PLS) providing project support and ensuring all steps of the project cycle are carried out in Compliance. I act as a point of contact for assigned client groups and carry out efficient project delivery.
