ABOUT ANITA SCHNEIDER
With more than 15 years experience in a diverse range of HR roles (from generalist, talent sourcing and project roles to a team leader role) within different industries (Construction, IT/Start-up to Health Sector and Charity) and countries I would describe myself as an experienced HR Generalist. This experience is complemented by Finance roles I held (AML/CFT Compliance Manager and Financial Reporting), which broadens my understanding of an organisation - to a people and finance perspective.
