About Anita Prasad
I was part of P&O Nedlloyd which was my dream company to work in Pune. In 2005, it was taken over by Maersk and continued to work with Maersk. Joined as Officer, where my job was to create Bill of Lading and steadily I moved to Team Lead Role which was a great experience in handling people from different streams. Along with people management, had to handle clients where I could clearly show good relations with customers and enhanced my stakeholder management skills. I got an opportunity to work with transformation team where role was bigger to mange global customers while implementing the customs regulations for one country to Globe. This was the most exciting profile I had and thoroughly enjoyed the journey. Since I come from Shipping background, have gained vast knowledge for : Export-Import process People Management Project Management With the recent transformation in Shipping, we have closely worked with IT to provide automated solution.We got an opportunity to get certified as \"Certified Scrum Product Owner\" This has really helped a lot in learning the Agile way of working.
