I have been in the mortgage business for over 20 years. As a lender, we offer ALL programs out there, such as FHA, VA, Conventional, Jumbo Financing, and Foreign National programs. We underwrite the files in-house and can close loans in 20-30 days. We are licensed all across the East Coast. My office is based in Florida, but I do loans all over the East Coast. As a mortgage specialist, I assist buyers and structure their files, so they get the best deal possible. I also help buyers line themselves up properly when they are ready to purchase a home. we are a great company to work with. I am available 24/7 to help with approvals, pre-qualify, etc
