ABOUT ANITA KERIN
Since April 2018, I have been the Assistant General Counsel for Nine Energy Service, Inc, a publicly traded oilfield service company. In this capacity, not only do I assist in managing all of Nine’s general corporate, commercial and litigation matters, but I also provide a broad range of legal advice to senior management in areas such as corporate governance, labor/employment, intellectual property, real estate, compliance and contract negotiation. Prior to joining Nine, I was a litigation partner at the law firm Strasburger & Price, LLP (now known as Clark Hill PLC) where I handled a variety of complex commercial disputes, product liability and personal injury matters with an emphasis on catastrophic injury defense.
