My throughline is simple: connect technology execution to organizational strategy, mission impact, and clear value.How I lead: I’m hands on with coaching, clarity, and systems thinking—setting crisp priorities, removing friction, and raising the bar on engineering and product excellence. I cultivate leaders at every level, normalize learning, and build durable processes that make the right thing the easy thing.As IT leaders, we have to embrace AI—practically and responsibly. The pace shift is real: industry voices argue we’re moving from gradual improvements to abrupt capability leaps, and the people who learn to co-create with AI will deliver disproportionate value. My lens: use AI to augment teams, accelerate delivery, and free people for higher judgment work—paired with change management, guardrails, and upskilling so everyone benefits. Why I lead the way I do: I began my career in the mental health and human services space—supporting youth, families, and court-involved clients. That work sharpened my empathy, conflict resolution skills, and the ability to listen for what’s not being said. Today, those same skills help me build trust, navigate ambiguity, de-escalate, and coach people through change—whether we’re shipping a capability, overhauling a process, or introducing new tooling.What motivates me: Empowering technology teams, modernizing operations, and delivering resilient, scalable solutions that advance mission and market leadership.
