Detail Management: Maintain comprehensive records of all exhibitors, ensuring that all their needs and expectations are understood and met.Business Understanding: Develop a detailed understanding of each exhibitor\'s business needs and expectations from the show, ensuring these are communicated and addressed effectively.Engagement & Promotion: Engage with exhibitors, effectively pitching the event to ensure their participation and satisfaction.Process Management: Oversee the entire exhibitor process, from registration to the event experience, including their travel and accommodation arrangements.Cross-Department Coordination: Collaborate effectively with other departments to deliver the desired value to exhibitors, ensuring their needs are met throughout the event.Exhibitor Presentation: Gain a thorough understanding of exhibitors and present their brands in the best possible manner to attendees and vice versa.Primary Contact Point: Serve as the primary contact for exhibitors before, during, and after the event, ensuring a consistent and high-quality experience.Target Orientation: Be target-oriented, driving the right quantity and quality of exhibitors to the event to ensure successful business transactions.Awards Planning: Strategize, plan, and finalize the timeline for awards, coordinating and following up on all entries.Coordination with Agencies: Work with internal and external agencies for artwork, trophies, social media posts, and promotional materials related to awards.Jury Meet Execution: Coordinate with the event company to ensure the proper execution of the annual jury meet.Event Coordination: Work closely with the event manager to ensure the successful execution of the final event.Artwork & Specifications: Review and approve all artwork for sponsors, check and upload all participating designs, and ensure all specifications related to printable materials are met.
