   Spearheaded and oversaw strategy for LIL organization-wide engineering initiative across teams and front-end platforms to integrate the company\'s latest UX infrastructure over several quarters, and additionally developed dark mode support for LIL• Developed an internal mobility job preference with profile visibility on LinkedIn–a feature requested by the CEO and shared company-wide, which doubled user opt-ins and accelerated cross-sell customers between LinkedIn Learning and Hiring Solutions• Enhanced LIL Android team’s processes by integrating internal performance and degradation metrics infra and creating dashboards for monitoring and alerting, also deployed OS migrations and deprecations, and improved user accessibility and localization• Led and developed core LIL projects: architected first production feature in Jetpack Compose, built short-form vertical video feed (shared at LinkedIn Talent Connect sales conference), inherited and finalized Android client adoption for GraphQL
