Being an ambassador for the school of Thunderbird allowed me to make connections, show my ability to communicate between groups, and grew my networking skills. With this position, I was in-charge of creating relations between the undergraduate Thunderbirds and the masters program of Thunderbirds. Providing team building activities, attending active networking events and posting in group chats to better communicate really helped integrate our two programs to function as one.
