Currently working as a Litigation Paralegal at Snyder Burnett Egerer, assisting attorneys through all phases of litigation.Previously served as a Case Manager at Robles-Muzinich, APC, where I managed personal injury cases and worked closely with Spanish-speaking clients, strengthening my passion for client advocacy and legal support.While at UCSB, I served as Academic Chair for Sociedad Eterna, a multicultural organization focused on academic success, leadership, and community building. I assist with overall case management by organizing case files, maintaining records, and ensuring matters progress efficiently and in compliance with applicable court procedures.My responsibilities include drafting, reviewing, and preparing legal documents such as pleadings, discovery responses, motions, and correspondence. I manage complex calendaring and monitoring critical deadlines in accordance with local and state court rules.In addition, I coordinate depositions, hearings, and other litigation-related events, serving as a point of contact between attorneys, clients, opposing counsel, and court personnel. I maintain professional written and verbal communication, ensure accurate filing and record keeping.
