Lead diversified portfolio of public health projects funded by JHU/APL, grants, and other federal entities. Direct research and analytics by multiple teams of up to six-Led multi-disciplinary study as co-PI to promote global health equity under 2019 Launchpad Grant (1 of 6 awarded) to study health monitoring. Described OneHealth reporting and surveillance tools utilized in Thailand via stakeholder interviews with MoPH and others (manuscript under peer review)-Combined 3 funding sources to identify strategies to address disparities in healthcare access, quality of care, and outcomes: Served as APL’s PI on 2020 Discovery Award project in collaboration with JHU Medicine (<15% of proposals were accepted) to develop novel methods to use telemedicine to collect vital signs and predict health status ($100K)-Served as PI on Propulsion Grant addressing extraction of vital signs using COTS sensors to establish baseline wellness, with $1.1M in funding over 3 years-Awarded second consecutive year of sabbatical (10% in year-1, 15% in year-2) for analysis of remote health monitoring methods (29 awarded out of 64 applicants)-Recognized as one of five recipients of Hexcite 2022 award, early-stage medical software accelerator program for entrepreneurs hosted by Johns Hopkins Medicine Technology Innovation Center in collaboration with Johns Hopkins Technology Ventures-Evaluated, tracked, and summarized current diagnostics market and related IP landscape for remote health monitoring, pancreatic cancer, influenza, and COVID tests-Simultaneously managed and prioritized work across 10 separate funding sources, ensuring compliance with all data management, research guidelines, and/or regulatory requirements-Provided operational and logistics leadership to 10+ business development concepts, contributing to grant proposals and white papers to promote innovation across a range of technology-based diagnostics, treatment, or environmental solutions.
