Lead UPS\'s compliance strategy, ensuring regulatory compliance with all US state and federal laws and international governmental agencies. Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key organizational and strategic partners. This role reports to the Chief Audit and Compliance Executive. Develops Board level reports Lead global compliance team to ensure current knowledge of laws, regulations, contracts, amendments, or other legal requirements are monitored for compliance. Lead a strategically focused team to support growth, efficiency, and compliance matters of UPS’s business units globally. Leads customer contract compliance program assessments to identify, track, and report on legal and compliance risks and appropriate enhancements to the program Manages a compliance-related third-party due diligence program in support of vendor qualification and management Provide counsel to internal departments, and executives following impact analysis of any changes to regulatory matters. Creates and manages effective action plans in response to audit discoveries and compliance violations. Drive efficiency within the department, with a focus on process, risk, and control and utilize data driven insight to change and/or influence technology decisions.
