In my current role I use internal insight and external analysis to produce and manage marketing plans for products (Tenders Direct, Training & Consultancy and myTenders) to support brand awareness, lead acquisition and customer retention. I track, review and report on the performance of digital marketing activity and campaigns against KPIs and highlight areas of improvement and success. I work with stakeholders across the business to deliver projects related to product, customer engagement and experience, and lead generation.
