Oversees and works in support of the daily operations of our HR systems and collaborates with the cross-functional partners on optimizations, enhancements, and integrations that drive efficiency, quality data reporting, and improvements in systems that support our workforce; · Supports the design, development, and performance of the HR portfolio of Systems; · Participates in design discussions to define user requirements; · Translates requirements to solutions enabling cross-functional inter-dependencies; · Analyzes data flow, processes, and configurations to recommend enhancements that will increase quality, efficiency and end user satisfaction; · Assists in technical elements of core HR systems such as Learning Management System, Job Description & Performance Evaluation System, Recruitment & Onboarding System, Timekeeping and HRIS interfaces, Content Management Systems, electronic HR files, and other HR supported systems; · Leverages and identifies applicable use of enterprise application in conjunction with IS and HRIS; · Maintains and audits role and user security permissions for certain systems; · Documents and maintains system workflows and processes; · Builds custom reporting and dashboards for various constituents
