My professional journey began on June 24th, 2022, when I joined Codeofduty Innovations as an intern. Since then, I\'ve had the privilege of growing within the company and now hold the position of HR Head. It\'s truly an honor to be a part of such an amazing team. Working here has been a dream come true for me. Our team is built on a foundation of collaboration and mutual support. We believe in fostering a culture where egos are left at the door and everyone contributes to each other\'s growth. Over time, I took on additional responsibilities such as employee engagement, HR compliance (including payroll, PF, ESI), HR operations, budgeting, and more.
