In Silicon Valley, one of the country’s wealthiest regions, more than individuals struggle daily to meet basic needs — including healthcare — for themselves and their families. Fifteen percent of Santa Clara residents do not qualify for health insurance at all. Each year, nearly of these individuals visit Gardner Health Services facilities to receive essential medical, dental, vision, counseling, and substance use services that, without Gardner Health Services, would be out of reach. Gardner Health Services believes that quality of service is not commensurate with a patient’s income level and that all people deserve compassionate practitioners, excellent facilities, and world-class care.
