I am a Freelance Recruiter with a Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Human Resources Development from SVKM\'s Narsee Monjee Institute of Management Studies (NMIMS), one of the leading business schools in India. I have over two years of experience as a Global Talent Partner at Wipro Limited, a leading global information technology, consulting, and business process services company. As a Global Talent Partner, I was responsible for leadership hiring and talent acquisition across several domains and practices at Wipro. I worked with the business leaders to create and execute talent strategies, identified and engaged with practice leaders, partners, and talent agencies, and supported the diversity and inclusion agenda as an important part of my charter. I also handled the entire recruitment cycle for various regions, including India, USA, and Australia. I have acquired multiple certifications and skills in internal recruitment, human resources, human resource development, and social media. I am passionate about finding and connecting with the best talent for the organization, and I strive to provide a seamless and positive candidate experience.
