Anish is a professional with over 15 years of experience in user experience design, requirements gathering and analysis, user research and business development. As a user experience consultant, he has worked with several Fortune 500 organizations, to design user interfaces that help customers achieve their business and user goals through well-rounded solutions. His experience of user interface design spans across industries such as Banking & Financial Services, Insurance, Communication & Technology, Life Sciences, Healthcare, Education and Retail. Anish’s strongly believes “customer is king” and implements this philosophy in his work, be it a public-facing website, enterprise back-end system or a consumer-centric mobile app. Through proven techniques, he conducts user research to identify the personas of the target users to come up with a suitable design approach that correctly caters to the identified demographics and personas. He is also proficient in heuristic evaluations, expert reviews, competitor benchmarking, Google analytics data analysis, stakeholder interviews, web surveys, user workshops, and persona and user journey creation. Having coded in Visual Basic and C++ as a hobby, Anish has sound understanding of technology at a conceptual level and can interpret complex use cases that form the input to user interface prototype. Anish loves designing aesthetic, functional and persona-specific user interfaces in the form of interactive prototypes that not only cater to business and user goals, but also create a wow factor. Besides UX design, Anish also has strong content writing skills, having worked as a technical writer and content developer prior to design. Prior to joining Hexaware, Anish has worked with Cognizant India as a Senior Associate Interaction Designer. During his 6.5-year stint at Cognizant, he has worked with several banking, insurance, and manufacturing & logistics customers. Before Cognizant, Anish has worked at AllScripts as a Staff Product Designer, helping the healthcare leader in designing its SunRise product suite. He has also worked with MphasiS (an HP company) as an Information Architect for a period of almost five years. In this role, Anish has worked with customers such as JP Morgan Chase, AIG and Wells Fargo directly at their North American offices, closely associating with the marketing teams and key stakeholders. In his free time, Anish reads about emerging technology, history of the world and loves caring for his automobiles.
