Trossen Robotics is a foundational company in the physical AI ecosystem, powering many of the world’s leading AI research labs, robotics startups, and advanced R&D teams. As President & COO, I lead the company through its transition from a best-in-class robotics hardware provider into a full-stack platform for embodied intelligence.I work at the intersection of robotics hardware, cloud software, AI workflows, and go-to-market execution, with a mandate to scale the business, defend the category we helped create, and build the operating system for physical AI.What I lead and own:• Company-level strategy and execution across revenue, operations, finance, partnerships, and scaling• Go-to-market and revenue growth, including sales architecture, pricing, enterprise programs, and strategic accounts• Platform strategy, including the creation of Trossen Cloud, a software and data layer designed to become the GitHub/AWS for physical AI development• Capital strategy and investor engagement, positioning Trossen for platform-scale outcomes• Executive team build-out, operating cadence, and decision frameworks as the company moves from founder-led to platform-ledWhat we’re building:• The default development platform for physical AI, used by hundreds of universities, startups, Fortune 500 R&D teams, and national labs• Modular, AI-ready robotic systems that dramatically lower the cost and friction of real-world robot training• A cloud-connected ecosystem that links hardware, data, models, teleoperation, and collaboration into a single workflowPhysical AI is moving from research to reality. The bottleneck is no longer algorithms, it is access to scalable, real-world robotics platforms. Trossen sits at that inflection point. My role is to ensure we do not just participate in this shift, but define the platform layer that others build on.
