Run regular process mapping workshops with key stakeholders. Provide formal training to colleagues to be ARIS experts (currently trained over 300 colleagues). Manage a network of over 250 ARIS experts with technical and methodology issues. Build and maintain relationships with national and international stakeholders at various levels.
