This COE aims at re-defining and improvising crucial pillars of Diversity & Inclusion, Hiring masterclass, TA Analytics & Candidate ExperienceAvid contributor in cross functional HR projects of talent density, Blended Ways of Working & talent intelligence.Responsible for implementing highly effective programs like Bar Raiser and Swiggy Way of Hiring. Bar raiser essentially focusses on throughput management of the funnel and debrief management to ensure each next hire is better. Swiggy Ways of Hiring focusses on the science & art of assessing candidates, interview behaviors, decision making models and managing personal interviewer\'s biases.
