   PSV Governance - Remove PSV\'s inspect, pre-test, strip, document, overhaul, final testing, certification, and reinstall.• All onsite with ventil test & Repair container.• Overhauling & Floating of In situ Valve (Boiler Drum Valve).• Troubleshooting, Overhauling, Servicing, Test and certification Carried out of all kinds of valves:Wellhead Valves, Level Control Valve(Icv),Pressure Control Valve(pcv).• SDV/BDV Compliance Annual greasing of Blowdown/Shutdown Valves with Seal weld pumps & grease.• Impact Team Field SupportTroubleshooting on all types of valves in the field and inline repair.• Valve Shop - Maintenance, repair and testing of pressure safety valves, control valves, manual valves, shutdown valves, blowdown valves, gearboxes and actuators.• Seal Shop - Refurbishment of mechanical Seals.• Schedule maintenance activities to be carried out.• Overhauling-Testing & Calibration of All types of Valves like Deluge Valve, Pressure Safety Valves (Conventional & Bellow Type), Gate valves, Breather Valve, Ball Valve, Non Return Valve, Plug Valve, Needle Valve, Control valve, Orbit Valve etc.• Impact Team Field Support Troubleshooting on all types of valves in the field and inline repair.• Valve Shop - Maintenance, repair and testing of pressure safety valves, control valves, manual valves, shutdown valves, blowdown valves, gearboxes and actuators.• Seal Shop - Refurbishment of mechanical Seals.• Schedule maintenance activities to be carried out.• Overhauling-Testing & Calibration of All types of Valves like Deluge Valve, Pressure Safety Valves (Conventional & Bellow Type), Gate valves, Breather Valve, Ball Valve, Non Return Valve, Plug Valve, Needle Valve, Control valve, Orbit Valve etc.• Training course of Understanding & Activities for safety rules in Plant Operation.
