Dear Reader, Namaste,I am an MBA graduate in Finance from MIT-WPU, now working at ESDS Software Solution Ltd. in the CMD Department under the direct guidance of our Founder & CMD. In this role, I work closely on top-level strategy, business development, and market analytics, contributing directly to organizational decision-making within a leading AI, cloud, data center, and managed services enterprise with a pan-India presence. This exposure has sharpened my business acumen and enabled me to learn the intricacies of leadership and execution from the highest level of management. Recently I was also inducted in Strategy team by the CHRO & WTD of ESDS. Beyond work, I have had the privilege of traveling extensively across India, exploring its diversity as a tourist. These journeys broadened my horizons, deepened my appreciation for cultures and regions, and gave me unique insights into people and society that complement my professional growth.My academic journey has been rooted in both learning and leadership. During my MBA, I served as the Student Placement Representative (SPR) and was later selected as the Specialization Head for the School of Business. In parallel, I was honored to be selected as the President of the Budding Entrepreneurs Forum, where I transitioned from a member to leading one of the most dynamic student-led platforms at MIT-WPU. My tenure as President included: Launching a Branding Team a Startup Support Team that supported young entrepreneurs in building brand identity, marketing strategies, and scalable growth plans.Onboarding and working with 3 real clients within two months including Encave, a campus-run café we helped establish as a vibrant on-campus brand.Conceptualising and developing the Budding Super App, a web-based interface that delivered app-like functionality using existing digital infrastructure an innovative solution to resource limitations that made our forum digitally accessible to all students.These experiences have allowed me to build a unique blend of business acumen, leadership, and entrepreneurial thinking. I thrive in collaborative environments, am motivated by challenges, and am passionate about driving meaningful impact through business, technology, and strategy.My interests extend beyond the boardroom I\'m deeply curious about geopolitics, world history, world relations, space exploration, wildlife, and global markets, and I enjoy applying this broader perspective to both business thinking and life decisions.

   After 8 months in the Revenue Department, I was personally asked by the Founder & CMD, Mr. Piyush Somani, to rejoin the CMD Department. In this role, I directly assist and support the CMD as a Single Point of Contact (SPOC) for key business functions, while also contributing to sales and revenue initiatives.Key Responsibilities:Acting as SPOC between CMD Office and business unitsAssisting the CMD in daily operations, strategy, and decision-makingSupporting sales and revenue departments with add-on responsibilitiesCoordinating cross-functional initiatives and leadership-driven projectsProviding inputs on business analytics, growth strategy, and organizational planningThis position allows me to integrate my earlier experience in revenue operations with high-level strategic exposure, enabling me to play a more active role in aligning leadership vision with business execution.
