I assist coaching teenager/adult (14+) classes in judo of all levels from beginner to national/international competitors in evening and weekend sessions. I ensure that participants stay engaged and enjoy the session while learning and developing their skills along with their goals within the sport. I also support players at competitions both through coaching and pastoral care and have assisted in delivering taster sessions for local schools to promote an active lifestyle. I am currently working towards a Level 2 coaching qualification with British Judo Association and to organise a local development tournament for the West Yorkshire Area to promote grassroots sport at all ages.
