ABOUT ANISH AMBUJAKSHAN NAIR

I am a certified Scrum Master (CSM) with a detailed background in warehouse management systems, retail processes, software testing, and software quality assurance. I bring a thorough understanding of the STLC and have worked for some of the largest retail brands in the world. COMMUNICATION: Throughout my career, I have grown very comfortable communicating with clients, business teams, operations teams, and development teams. I have a strong technical background, but I have learned how to explain complex industry concepts to receive stakeholder buy-in. WMS EXPERTISE One of my greatest strengths is my understanding of warehouse management systems and store operational procedures in the retail industry. I have worked for some of the largest global retailers including Walmart and The Home Depot. • Walmart: I led a testing team for Walmart’s proprietary WMS integration with a third-party system. • The Home Depot: I developed technical documentation from scratch for 10+ applications to aid knowledge transfer to new users. • In addition to working for these large retailers, I have worked on projects with other companies for Manhattan WMS upgrades, rollouts, and releases. PROBLEM-SOLVING PROCESS I thrive in complex environments by thinking from a user perspective. Although I have expertise with functional testing, I prefer the challenge of creating and testing scenarios around user experience. Whenever I am presented with a problem, I follow a very specific process: Analyze Problem -> Determine Cause -> Present Solution -> Improve Process At The Home Depot, I utilized this problem-solving process from a user perspective to complete my testing requirements for 10 applications ahead of schedule.
