Work in a team of 6 as the Transaction Manager in our Houston Healthcare Services Group- Assist with Landlord Rep, Tenant Rep, and Investment Sales services for REIT’s, Hospital Institutions, Physicians (large and small practices), and a variety of Investors- Draft and review proposals and lease documents- Create Offering Memorandums and Pitches- Work closely with the Brokers to ensure the progress of each deal- Create new spreadsheets, forms, reports, presentations and various other documents as needed for our clients- Complete weekly, monthly, and annual reports for the property Owners- Assist in annual leasing budgets- Guide and train various members on the team- Work closely with owners, property management, construction and legal teams- Setup appointments and tours as necessary for the Brokers- Update stacking charts, floor plans/plates, and online listing sites as needed
