ABOUT ANISA HECK
I\'m a food scientist turned digital strategist, with a PhD in Food Science and over a decade of hands-on experience in the food industry across both academic and industry settings.Today, I work in scientific informatics consulting, helping food & beverage organizations navigate the complexities of digital transformation, from lab digitalization and data strategy, to AI integration, change management, and building a strong digital culture within science-driven teams.Before moving into the world of digital strategy, I spent over 7 years leading research projects, developing new technologies, and collaborating with cross-functional teams.
