About Anisa Dotson
I am currently the Business Operations leader for a business unit in Boeing\'s Commercial Airplanes division. Prior to this role, I was the Operations leader and Chief of Staff to the Boeing Management System (BMS) Program Manager. I have experience in establishing and institutionalizing Program Management Best Practices for the organization, ensuring effective collaboration, and driving alignment to the strategy and vision. I have led many teams through complex financial analysis and I have experience in negotiations and establishing strategies that support achievement of optimal business results. Prior to joining Boeing in 2006, I have held several positions in Accounting and Financial Analysis. I am passionate about driving results and improving processes and products through employee engagement and implementation of Lean concepts.
