   Maintain reconciliations over eight (10) balance sheet accounts, including petty cash and bank, prepaid, inventory, notes payable, fixed assets, accrual, other receivables, accounts payable and accounts receivable, deferred rent, deposits, etc • Manage full cycle accounts payable, including reviewing, requesting approval, and processing invoices into Infor SyteLines Production • Process 60 (sixty) weekly payments to vendors through ACHs, bill payments, and wires. • Create 20 (twenty) invoices per month and follow up on past-due accounts by contacting customers • Reconcile the Accounts Receivable ledger to ensure that all payments are accounted and posted properly • Review and process employee expense reimbursement and corporate credit card and then book the journal entries. • Resolve payment discrepancies and negotiate payment arrangements. • Documentation of daily cash application activities. • Reconcile accrued liabilities, employees expense Reports, and credit cards • Use V-lookups and Pivots table to allocate monthly employee benefit expenses and to perform M/o/M variance analysis at the department level, then book the JE • Maintain and prepare 1099 forms and file with the IRS.
