I aspire to secure a role in performance management and bring a revolutionary change to the Human Resources overall the world and ready to take the first step towards that goal.I’m a Learning & Development professional-in-progress, currently interning in L&D while pursuing my passion for understanding employee behaviour and performance.With an MSc in Occupational and Business Psychology from Kingston University, and prior experience in IT company, I enjoy connecting the dots between how people think, learn, and perform at work.My focus areas include learning design, employee engagement, and performance management — using psychology-backed strategies to help individuals and organisations grow together.For now, I’m working towards becoming an L&D Specialist, while pursuing CIPD L5 to deepen my expertise in people development.Always curious about how learning can drive real behaviour change — and how small shifts in mindset can create big organisational impact.
