Transforming the plant from current GM equipment and processes building cars, to PSA processes to build a new platform of electric vans. The work involves planning & co ordinating the preparation of the facility changes. Supporting the writing of specifications of equipment, requests for quotations from suppliers and coordinating the contractors who will be carrying out the installations.The processes, tools, steps are carried over from other plants, so they need to be adapted to the client’s facility to suit the different layouts/strategy. Key areas are kitting, sequencing, and sub-assemblies
