I am providing finance business partnering support to functional heads and support leadership to manage costs, drive cost efficiencies/reduction activities and reporting performance KPI to Senior management. Monitoring and managing a complex financial and operational budget model with the accountability of preparing business plans, annual budgets and controlling spend through extensive financial analysis.Reducing various costs through monitoring of various business costs and developing as well as documenting business processes, and accounting policies to maintain and strengthen internal controls. Planning and controlling entire operations and reported activities of the organization, developed annual plans that support strategic direction set by the board while correlating with annual operating budgets.Streamlining the financial reporting and review process for all sub-units within Enterprise BPS in the period of 2014 –2016 & replicated the same in 2023 onwards for the 7 Units that I manage from a Financials Standpoint.
