About Anirudh Sukumaran

My passion for a global energy efficient sustainable future has inspired me to become a diligent, progress oriented engineer with excellent project management experience. I am mainly interested in opportunities in energy sector especially related to energy efficiency improvement at various places using different renewable or non-renewable technologies. My training and services in the oil industry related to energy management made me realize the importance of developing energy efficient technologies and the impact it can have for a sustainable future. My leadership and presentation expertise has made me competent to deliver outstanding customer service. I also have strong knowledge on the whole constitution of a petroleum refinery including process flow and equipment and can apply this to develop other feasible renewable energy technologies. I strongly believe that these skills will help me contribute to the efforts of company in building a safe and sustainable future globally.

1. Project Engineer

   Feb 2024 — Present · Osceola, AR, US

   Coordinated the testing & commissioning process involving 330 TMEIC inverters, panels of First Solar make and all other associated components to verify the performance and operation of newly constructed 250MW solar project • Led multidisciplinary teams and Oversaw the on-site installation of all the civil, mechanical & electrical components on acres of land to ensure that it follows the design, meets safety standards, and adheres to quality requirements.• Managed project cost & schedule including major milestones for design, procurement, installation, and commissioning and developed mitigation strategies to address issues such as delays, supply chain disruptions, or safety hazards.• Served as Equipment Coordinator for the project and planned the resource allocation of all heavy and small equipment managing more than 200 equipment ranging from huge excavators to small tools accounting for almost of monthly rental billing.• Collaborated with engineering & procurement team, vendors, suppliers, subcontractors and used various document management techniques like request for information, submittals, drawing logs, as-built, change orders etc. to successfully complete the 140 million dollar solar project for Lightsource bp.
