I have about 9 yrs of online and home based math tuition/math content dev experience with numerous firms. The experience in Online tutoring started from my 2nd year of college. I have been teaching upwards of 35 hrs per week for the last 5 years. I have a lot of patience and ensure that the student understands the concept thoroughly before moving further. I follow a Socratic and Engagement method of teaching. My greatest skill is my ability to communicate in different ways to folks from different countries. I firmly believe that a good rapport is crucial to online learning. My last 3 yrs have been focussed on the IB, IGCSE, A and AS levels(pure and further math and stats) and the Indian ISC grades. My present pack of students this year are from India, Australia, Singapore, Malaysia, Belgium, UK, Dubai, Saudi Arabia, Bahrain, the US and Canada. Achievements include : a) Getting students through colleges like ANU(Australian National University), UCB, Uni of Amsterdam, HKUST, Univ of Waterloo, Univ of Toronto and Univ of Warwick by helping them crack their IB, A-levels, HSC exams. b) Helping many students in the US with their AP courses(AP Calc AB, AP Calc BC and AP Stat) c) Helping many students clear the SAT 1 and SAT math subject test with a score of above 780. d) Helping 2 students in the US with advanced geometry lessons dealing with AMC, Mathcounts and Kumon worksheets. e) Helping a student in Dubai secure an admit into the prestigious Dubai College. f) Helping a student secure a 97% on his Multivariable calc college math exam in one of the semesters. g) Helping many students in the middle east and India with their CBSE, ICSE math courses. h) Successfully coaching numerous students from Dubai, India, UK and Belgium and helping them secure A or A* in their gcse/igcse exams. i) Successfully helping a student in Germany secure a 65% in his IB Diploma Options Calculus paper which was a huge improvement in his grade. j) Helping a student crack a Nation-wide newspaper sponsored exam. She received a cash prize and an all expenses paid trip to Kellogg University. k) Helping a student from India secure all India rank 47 in the IMO.
