Hi!I\'m Anirudh, a research enthusiast and a biotechnology undergraduate with growing interests in exploring the vast intersections within biological systems - from the molecular scale to modular systems in a clinical setting.The vast plethora of resources available has given me a wonderful opportunity to dive into research aimed at transformative and effective patient care, with a focus on faster diagnostics, early interventions, and improved clinical outcomes. My interests in oncological diagnostics and therapeutics to infectious disease research have led me to read up and slowly explore topics from fluidic systems, systems modeling, imaging modalities, structural biophysics and network analysis. I believe that emerging NAM models, combined with a clinical perspective and advances in programmable biomaterials and engineered extracellular matrices for organoid and stem-cell systems, could significantly reshape how we model disease and develop therapeutics.I am currently working on CanScan, a microfluidic-based platform for early cancer detection and risk flagging. Alongside this, I have also explored deep neural networks and graph-based approaches to biological discovery, and presented preliminary findings on potential MAPK4 genetic hubs using Graph Neural Networks (GNNs) at the CETSB’26 conference.I aim to explore science communication through technical writing, making complex concepts interesting and easily accessible. In addition to my interest in bio research, I have a creative and artistic side that I express through playing the guitar and designing. These hobbies have helped me develop a unique blend of analytical thinking and creativity, which I try to incorporate in my daily pursuits. I am eager to expand my knowledge and gain practical experience through hands-on workshops and internships. Looking forward to learning from experts in the field, honing my skills, and developing long-lasting solutions to existing problems. As a deep ideator and storyteller, I aim to help people reclaim their \'what if\' fantasies.
