Helped build “Jolly” a 4-wheel drive Baja Competition-ready buggy with a team of Engineering Students. Designed components such as chassis braces, subframes, and jig designs on NX. Employed FEA Using Ansys and Altair Inspire to test and improve the Structural Integrity of the chassis. Notched, Bent, TIG & MIG welded parts of subframes for the chassis including the rear box which houses the engine, gearbox, CVT, Chain Train, and Fuel tank.
