Managing Azure-based IT infrastructure with focus on endpoint security and cloud services in a regulated finance environment.Key Responsibilities- Deploy and manage Microsoft Intune compliance policies for 70+ endpoints, configuring conditional access, app deployment, and device enrollment aligned with RBI security standards- Administer Seqrite Endpoint Security and Microsoft Defender, managing DLP policies, patch deployment, application control, and threat monitoring- Provide L1/L2 technical support for hardware, software, network, and cloud-related issues, managing help desk operations and ensuring timely resolution- Support Azure deployment of enterprise applications, handling VM configuration, database setup, and application hosting environments- Conduct database backup validation and disaster recovery testing to ensure business continuity and data integrity- Implement MFA and web security policies organization-wide to strengthen authentication and access controls- Monitor infrastructure health through Defender and Seqrite dashboards, proactively identifying and resolving vulnerabilities and performance issuesSkills: Microsoft Azure · Microsoft Intune · Microsoft Defender for Endpoint · Seqrite · Azure Virtual Machines · Azure AD · Endpoint Security · RBI Compliance · PowerShell · Help Desk Support
