Responsible for full lifecycle recruiting process to include sourcing and identifying candidates, phone screening, in-person interviewing, conducting follow-ups, presenting offers and negotiating rates for contract positions. Resourcing through Internet job portals (corp-corp.com, Dice.com, Monster.com) combined with utilizing existing candidate relationships and referrals, along with various Internet sourcing techniques. Interviewing H1B/GC/US Citizen consultants for various requirements according to the Client request. Regular follow up with candidate from first contact till the offer of offer letter to the candidate Coordinate salary expectations, counter offers, benefits and interview. Good working Knowledge on Microsoft Outlook and Internet Applications.Screening profiles and interviewing the candidates for US IT Placements.Identifying suitable candidates quickly for client submission and screen candidates. Negotiate bill rates, coordinate interviews and complete relevant documentation.Get confirmation from consultants/employers pays-rated: hourly/per day/annual through e-mail on rate confirmation agreement.Understanding client requirements and sourcing the suitable candidates for different positions.Good Knowledge on Corp – Corp, W2 and 1099.Generate daily reports and update the same.Posting resumes on various job boards and handling of inquires generated out of those. Matching the skills from client requirement to the bench candidate resume. Inform the consultant regarding the vendor calls and end client interview schedules. Prepare the consultants for the end client interviews. Scheduling Interviews for Consultants and guiding them at the time of interview by providing the information of the client. Take detailed feedback from Vendors/Clients and candidates find the positives and negative information.Clients: Verizon wireless, Freddie Mac, Cox Communications, Accenture Federal, Infosys
