   I am the Global HR head for Amazon\'s start-up satellite business, Kuiper. Project Kuiper ( ) is a long-term initiative to launch a constellation of Low Earth Orbit satellites that will provide low-latency, high-speed broadband connectivity to un-served and under-served communities around the world.Until April of 2025 I also led HR for Ring/Blink/Key. These global organizations collectively provide customers across multiple geographies with a suite of cutting-edge security products to make homes, neighborhoods and communities safer.
