Working on AUTOSAR based Integration and Development Project, and leading adoption of the same; scoping technical solutions to meet the immediate needs; ensuring technical expectations of deliverables are met Mapping customers’ requirements through gap analysis; analyzing workflow to design solutions spanning proof of concept, presentation, product design and development (proto builds) and physical testing Participating in the development and review of business and system requirements to obtain a thorough understanding of business needs in order to deliver accurate solutions Preparing design & architecture document technical specifications according to business needs; suggesting improvements to existing system designs Creating architectures and designs for new solutions around existing and new problem spaces Designing & developing software products, including solution design, proof of concept analysis, coding, feature testing, and integration with product firmware Providing updates to the Senior Management on work in progress, completed & planned, and issues potentially impacting the on-time completion or quality of work Communicating with internal / external clients to determine specific requirements and expectations; managing client expectations as an indicator of quality Following the product life cycle methodology defined under the process framework, ensuring that customer deadlines are met within project budgets
