   As a Manager, Data Science within the Data Science Center of Excellence (CoE), I lead the delivery of AI initiatives spanning Generative AI, Agentic AI, deep learning, and traditional ML for enterprise clients.A core focus area of my work is Generative AI and Agentic AI. I personally architect solutions end to end, while guiding my team through POCs on emerging approaches in LLMs and multi-agent systems. I stay deep in the technical details because I believe managers who lose touch with the technology eventually lose the ability to make good decisions about it. I also drive the development of reusable GenAI frameworks that raise the quality and speed of delivery across the organization. Alongside this, I keep our ML and deep learning practice sharp, always choosing the right approach for the problem, not just the trendiest one.On the business side, I own client engagement, requirement gathering, solution scoping, project estimation, and proposal development (RFPs/RFIs). I work closely with stakeholders and leadership to align every project with business outcomes, and take responsibility for reporting on progress, risks, and results.On the people front, I focus on building a high-performing data science team: setting clear goals, creating growth opportunities, and fostering a culture where technical depth and business thinking go hand in hand. I also contribute to data strategy and governance efforts to ensure our AI initiatives are built on a responsible and scalable foundation.I believe the best data science managers are the ones who can still get into the code, challenge an architecture decision, and then walk into a client room and talk business outcomes.
