Dedicated support to align with a long and enduring vision for an enhanced Future Advisor Experience (FAE), in turn benefiting the Involuntary Pre-Payment Meter (IPPM) decisioning process- Understood pain-pointers across various E2E advisor journeys and defined concrete technical requirements for enhancing the vulnerable customer experience- Created an exhaustive list of problem statements, JIRA user stories, work items to provide a seamless processing experience for advisors in cases of various self-disconnection scenarios, like mode switch decisioning and warrant decisioning tooling- Ownership of Multi-channel Interaction Tooling (MIT) team to create and maintain critical microservices and APIs for stable business operations continuity and reduction in non-compliance losses, in turn providing a world-class customer experience and being a trusted challenger in the industry- Complete ownership of JIRA backlog items, along with comprehensive analysis, facilitation of scrum ceremonies and critical reviews, definition of required work items, regular monitoring of prioritised deliverables, and management of release expectations for critical regulatory and compliance requirements- Played a key role in enhancing customer eligibility for IPPM treatments, addressing Ofgem\'s concerns and unlocking £65m, 300k weekly of debt secured through IPPM decisioning route- Successfully remapped PSR & COP Risk Markers, integrated customer age into decision logic, and refined front-end PSR journey. This update enabled additional accounts for IPPM treatment, driving regulatory compliance and supporting our Vulnerability Strategy.
