An accomplished professional with progressive experience spanning business, government, and information technology (IT), specializing in leading technology initiatives and fostering innovation ecosystems in artificial intelligence (AI) and emerging technologies. Currently, with the India AI Mission, I leverage my expertise to drive national AI strategies and initiatives. Previously, for Qualcomm, I led the strategic execution of Qualcomm\'s Tech4Good Wireless Reach Initiative in India and S.E. Asia. In this role, I managed a diverse portfolio of over 20 programs that leveraged advanced wireless technologies for social and economic development. I also directed the L2PRO IP training program, enhancing intellectual property knowledge across the region. I have demonstrated expertise in nurturing startups, with strong networking and relationship-building skills that engage diverse stakeholders. My extensive experience fostering collaborations between the public and private sectors is showcased through successful partnerships with NASSCOM, non-profits, corporations, and government bodies. Earlier in my career, I contributed significantly to the Ministry of Electronics and Information Technology and the State Government of Karnataka. Leveraging my deep understanding of government procedures and expertise in public procurement, I implemented impactful programs like the e-District and Rural Digital Service programs, translating complex policy issues into actionable solutions. I was instrumental in drafting and introducing landmark legislation, such as the Electronic Delivery of Services (EDS) Bill, showcasing my commitment to public service.
