ABOUT ANIRBAN MUKHERJEE

Summary A senior IT professional with 25+ years of experience in software development and services on enterprise systems across Life Sciences, Insurance, Government, Technology, and Manufacturing sectors. He is a specialist in CRM technologies and has 20+ years of experience in Salesforce, Veeva, Siebel and other CRM products.Presently, at Brillio, he is responsible for delivery of large quote-to-cash and online sales transformation programs using Salesforce CRM, CPQ, and Experience Cloud for the US technology sector.Prior to this, at Exavalu, Anirban was responsible for growing the customer engagement practice and managing the delivery portfolio for Salesforce and Vlocity (Salesforce Industries) in this consulting firm.Earlier, Anirban was with Cognizant from Nov 2003 to June 2019. In his most recent role at Cognizant, he was responsible for offshore delivery for Cognizant’s Life Sciences customers headquartered in Germany and the Nordics with an annual revenue of USD 110 million from Jan 2018 to June 2019.From 2014 to 2017, he had played the role of CRM/Salesforce Delivery Director and was responsible for global delivery and business development support for Cognizant’s CRM/Salesforce business in the Life Sciences industry. He was instrumental in growing the portfolio from USD ~50 to 80 million during this period. From 2004 to 2013, he worked with several large global pharmaceutical corporations and was a key player in the successful implementation of large programs involving global rollouts of Siebel applications and transformational engagements on Salesforce and Veeva. Anirban has excellent delivery management and client handling skills and has successfully managed the execution of several key application development and maintenance engagements for global companies across industry sectors during his career. Prior to joining Cognizant, he was a member of the Oracle CRM product development team at Oracle Corporation’s India Development Centre. Anirban has also had stints with NIIT Technologies, UBEST, Mastek, and SQL Star International on client-server and database technologies from Oracle and Computer Associates. Anirban took a break from his IT career from July to Nov 2019 to explore opportunities in academic writing on subjects of his interest such as business studies, economics, international relations, etc. as a freelancer with One Freelance Limited.Anirban is a public policy and natural farming enthusiast, an avid reader and traveller, and seeks to make a positive difference by becoming the change he believes in.
