From 2004 to 2013, he worked with several large global pharmaceutical corporations and was a key player in the successful implementation of large programs involving global rollouts of Siebel applications and transformational engagements on Salesforce and Veeva. Anirban has excellent delivery management and client handling skills and has successfully managed the execution of several key application development and maintenance engagements for global companies across industry sectors during his career. Prior to joining Cognizant, he was a member of the Oracle CRM product development team at Oracle Corporation’s India Development Centre. Anirban has also had stints with NIIT Technologies, UBEST, Mastek, and SQL Star International on client-server and database technologies from Oracle and Computer Associates. Anirban took a break from his IT career from July to Nov 2019 to explore opportunities in academic writing on subjects of his interest such as business studies, economics, international relations, etc. as a freelancer with One Freelance Limited.Anirban is a public policy and natural farming enthusiast, an avid reader and traveller, and seeks to make a positive difference by becoming the change he believes in.
